Worried about your child’s behavior on your Windows 8 computer? If your child already has a user account on your PC, you can still turn on Family Safety and begin monitoring their screen time and actions.
Follow these steps to turn on Family Safety:

1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
   (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)
2. Tap or click Accounts, and then tap or click Other accounts.
3. Select the account you want to monitor with Family Safety, and then tap or click Edit.
4. In the Account type list, select Child and then tap or click OK.
